Terms & Conditions

The Quotation
When you receive a quote off us it is based upon the dates, location and number of people we have been asked to quote for. Until a booking has been secured with the deposit this rate may fluctuate due to availability of accommodation at your destination and / or the number of people you finally book for, which may affect the price of some activities.
 
Quote and Website Information
Every care is taken to ensure that our website and quote descriptions are accurate and they are made in good faith. However, errors may occasionally occur. We cannot accept any liability for any errors or omissions except where these have arisen due to our negligence or that of any our employees (as long as they were acting in the course of their employment at the time).We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in our website and quotes at any time.
 
Booking Fee 
All Inclusive Packages
To secure the package booking a booking fee of €200 must be paid within seven working days from the date the booking was made. If you do not make this payment we will cancel your reservation and we reserve the right to rebook a package for your group.
Your package booking fee of €200 is an administration fees and it is credited against your total balance.
All booking fees are Non Refundable.  
Until receipt of the initial booking fee no booking is guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the initial booking fee, it is understood that you have thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions of booking and agree.
 
Standalone activity
To secure a standalone activity or a non resident booking fee of €100 must be paid within seven working days from the date the booking was made. If you do not make this booking fee payment we will cancel your reservation and we reserve the right to rebook for your group.
Your standalone activity or non resident package booking fee of €100 payment is to cover administration fees and are credited against your total balance.
All booking fee payments are Non Refundable.  
Until receipt of the initial booking fee no booking is guaranteed.
Upon receipt of the initial booking fee, it is understood that you have thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions of booking and agree.
 
Payments
All Inclusive Packages
For an all inclusive package you can pay by the following methods:
      • Visa / Debit card over the phone using a Visa Debit Card.
      • Bank transfer directly to our bank account. The Deposit and final payment must be paid into our bank account quoting the reference number provided to you on your confirmation invoice.
      • Cheque or postal order can be sent to the address provided on the invoice.

We only accept two payments on the booking, the initial deposit and the final balance. Under no circumstances do we accept individual payments on the booking.

The final balance can be paid in full at any stage, however it must be paid in Full, twenty-one days prior to the event date or the date specific to the package booked.

If the booking is made less than twenty-one days prior to the event date as outlined on the booking invoice, the full payment must be made in one instalment upon booking.

All payments received after the final payment deadline of 21 days prior to the event are subject to a €10 administration charge (up to 5 days after due date)

Payments
No Resident Packages & Standalone Activities
For an all Non Resident packages and Standalone activities you can pay by the following methods:
      • Bank transfer directly to our bank account. The Deposit and final payment must be paid into our bank account quoting the reference number provided to you on your confirmation invoice.
      • Cheque or postal order can be sent to the address provided on the invoice.

We only accept two payments on the booking, the initial deposit and the final balance. Under no circumstances do we accept individual payments on the booking.

The final balance can be paid in full at any stage, however it must be paid in Full, twenty-one days prior to the event date or the date specific to the package booked.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of a booking must be made in writing by the group leader. It is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure that we have received this cancellation. All deposits are non- refundable.

Refunds

All booking fees are non-refundable.

If after making the booking and not less than 3 weeks before the event is due to take place, the group leader notifies that the booking cannot take place for whatever reason, they may make an application to us to use their booking fee for a later date on a separate booking this must be taken within the same calendar year.

Final payments must be received from the group leader no later than 3 weeks before the event is to take place. If the group leader notifies us of any guests unable to attend within 3 weeks of the event after their final payment has been made no refunds will be offered to the customer.
If, however another member can take their place the balance is transferable, if there is no one to take their place the balance is non- refundable. Refunds will not apply in the following circumstances: War or threat of war, riots, civil unrest, terrorism, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disaster, technical problems, fire, bad weather or any other occurrences beyond our control.


Terms of Booking

The group leader is the person making the booking.

The group leader is responsible for all guests in the group.

The group leader must ensure that all guests are above eighteen years of age. (Please note that some nightclubs have an over twenty-three policy, please inform us if anyone is under twenty-three and remember anyone under the age of 23 must carry valid ID)

All dates and times of activities must be agreed by the group leader at the time of the booking.

The timing of the activities will depend on the availability of the suppliers therefore the times are not guaranteed until the written confirmation is provided The times are subject to change.

The dates / times of activities and accommodation will be confirmed to the group leader upon receipt of the initial deposit.

Any amendments required are to be made in writing by the group leader as soon as possible, Although we will endeavour to accommodate any amendments to these schedules, it cannot be guaranteed.

Belles and Blazers is a third-party booking agent only in respect of all bookings we take or make on your behalf.

We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any accommodation and / or transfers (“arrangements”) that you book. 

Belles and Blazers does not accept any responsibility for the acts or omissions of any accommodation, transfer, activity providers or any other person connected with the arrangements for your group. Our responsibility rests at the booking. 

Health and Safety

Belles and Blazers is a third-party booking agent, we do not take any responsibility for your personal safety. Belles and Blazers recommends that each person takes out the appropriate travel insurance, which will cover them in the event of a personal accident, medical expenses, loss of any monies and the participation in dangerous sports. 

Pre-Authorisation upon check in

You may be asked to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit card or a cash deposit upon check in to accommodation providers, this is a policy of the accommodation provider to ensure that any charges or breakages will be settled by you. Belles and Blazers does not take any responsibility for this. 

Room Allocation

The Company reserves the right to allocate rooms as it sees fit. It will take into consideration the Customers wishes, however Customers may, on occasion, have to share a double bed.

Timing

Upon receipt of the final payment you will be sent your final itinerary with all the details of your accommodation, activities, dining and transfer times if applicable. The timing of all activities, meals and transfers MUST be adhered to. If there are any changes on your itinerary you would like to make with times / numbers etc this must be requested before the final balance is settled. We endevour to help our customers as much as possible so therefore any changes requested and made after this date we can honour we will endeavour to amend but each change will incur a €50 administration fee, therefore check all details of your booking before the final balance is paid to ensure you do not incur additional unnecessary charges.

In the event that you cannot join an activity, are delayed in taking part or miss a transfer due to timing, Belles and Blazers does not take any responsibility and no monies will be refunded for this loss of activity or transfer.

Minimum Numbers

Please ask as each accommodation option is different. Most Houses and apartments are a min of 15 – 18 people. Every activity is a min of 15 payments.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions when using our website or contacting Belles and Blazers, you agree to receive emails from us relating to your booking.

Data Protection
Information about you and members of your party, including your names, contact details and any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements is collected by us when you make a booking with us. We disclose appropriate information to our service providers, Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them. Acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions is implied when making a booking and this constitutes the limit of our liability
