The CSI Save the Groom Galway Package can be tailored to suit your hen weekend. 

We offer this hen party package in conjunction with a few hotels in Galway: The Nox, The Maldron,  The Harbour, The Imperial, Connacht, Jurys Inn and the Connacht Hotel. We also offer seasonal apartments for this package from June, July & August. 

Below we have outlined what is included in the CSI Save the Groom Galway Package but if you have your own accommodation booked you can choose to just do the CSI Save the Groom activity on its own.

Check in as normal to the hotel & get the weekend started. Choose from Nox Hotel, Connacht Hotel, The Maldron Galway, The Harbour hotel or The Imperial. We also offer apartments for hen weekends in Galway with Swuite, Goldcrest and the Menlo Park apartments but only from June to August each year.

Time to do the CSI Save the Groom Hen Party Activity. This will start from Coyotes Bar on Shop street. The Groom has been kidnapped in a case of mistaken identity - We need your help to rescue him! This activity is Facilitator Led non of that interactive app lark you are not left to your own devices our Facilitator plays the Garda and runs the activity for you so you can have the Craic!

To book the CSI Save the Groom Galway Package all we need are the following details or we can send you a booking form link for you to fill in.

  • Date of event

  • Package you are interested in 

  • The name of the hen

  • Your Name 

  • Your phone number

  • 1 other person’s name and phone number who will be attending the hen party activity

  • Your approximate number of people

The Deposit for an all inclusive hen party package is €200 this is due within 7 days of making the booking.  

The final numbers and balance is due 21 days prior to the event.

The final balance is to be paid in one group payment – individual payments will not be accepted.

The deposit is an administration fee that is credited towards your final balance

All Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Lodge the money into the AIB bank account – details will be outlined on the invoice.
  • Cheque/postal order/bank draft details of who it is payable to and the address to send it to will be outlined on the invoice.
