The package information sent to you is just to give you more info on the package. Unless we specifically state that there is availability for the date you requested then it is just a quote for a package.

No, we cannot edit our all inclusive package. If you choose to book an all inclusive package it must include everything stated in the quote. 

Depending on the property type and accommodation provider we can offer a mixture of one night/two night stays but it is not guaranteed. If this happens please make our team aware and we will do our best to help accommodate this. 

To make a booking all we require is the approximate number of people going. We would always recommend to make the booking for the max number of people going on the hen weekend and work backwards. Within a few weeks of making contact with the invited guests you will get a few people who definitely cannot make it. We require an update on the number of people going on the hen 21 days prior to the hen party. If at that point there are only 20 people we will reduce the amount due on the invoice to reflect that amendment. 

Tell us straight away when this situation comes to your attention, we will work with the hotel and suppliers to ensure there is availability for this guest. If we can accommodate this guest a €50 administration fee will be charged as at this stage your account will be closed and will need to be reopened to make these changes. 

If she does not pay we have no choice but to assume she is not going and remove her from the rooming list. She cannot pay on the day as we pay each of our suppliers 7 days in advance of the event date.

Unless stated in the package you have been quoted, we do not include the price of the transport into our packages as most people have their own transport if you wish to add transport do ask and we can arrange this for you.

There will not be anyone from TheHen.ie there to meet you on arrival. We will send you a full itinerary, schedule details and contact numbers prior to the hen party. We will have everything arranged for you, all you need to do is follow the itinerary.

All payments are non refundable once your account has been closed, this cut off point is 21 days prior to the hen party.

Yes of course, prior to the hen party we will ask you to inform us of all dietary restrictions/allergies and we will ensure this information gets passed onto the restaurant/hotel.

PAYMENT • FEES

No the price you are quoted is the price per person and includes everything that is outlined in the package. 

The final payments, numbers, rooming list etc are due 21 days prior to the arrival date this is the cut off point there are no changes after this point. However we can facilitate most changes and additional add ons after this point but there is an admin fee of €50 for each change.

The hotels & accommodation providers do request a pre-authorisation; a CC on check in or a cash deposit which is refundable on check out. This will be noted on your itinerary so you will have advance notice. 

Once you have submitted your booking form and our reservations team has processed your booking you will have seven days to pay the booking fee of €200 for all inclusive packages and €100 for standalone activity bookings. 

No, the booking fee once paid is non-refundable & non-transferrable.

All payments are made by bank transfer or Revolut transfer. The details of how to pay will be on your invoice. 

We do not take payments over the phone. 

No, each hen party should only have 2 transactions per booking.

  1. The booking fee which is made seven days after booking confirmation.
  2. The final payment for all hens attending at 21 days prior to the hen party.

We cannot hold space for people if we have no guarantee they are going to show up on the day as we would have to pay their balance as a no show booking. We get a discount from each of our suppliers as we send them a large number of bookings and we guarantee them payment in advance of the groups arrival. Due to this discount we do not have to increase the cost of the activity/accommodation onto the customer so most of the time you pay the same if not less than if you booked directly yourself.
